• All customers must sign a work order before services are provided.
   
• By leaving your vehicle at our premises, you authorize JR Truck Services agents or independent contractors to operate the vehicle for inspection, testing, or service-related purposes.
   

• Independent contractors set their own prices.
   
• All work is performed by JR Truck Services or approved independent contractors, who operate under subcontract agreements.
   

• Labor is billed at flat-rate, unless otherwise specified (e.g., electrical work or specialty labor).
   
• No labor warranties are provided under the following conditions:
   
  • Customer supplies parts.
     
  • Used parts are used in the repair.
     
  • Repairs involve electrical or A/C systems.
     
  • Third-party diagnostic results are used at the customer’s request.
     
• All used parts are final sale – no warranty, refund, return, or exchange.
   
• Manufacturer warranties apply only to new parts, and are solely backed by the manufacturer.
   

• Vehicles may be operated for testing or diagnostics with authorization.
   
• Road testing is not guaranteed; if needed, it may require the customer to accompany the contractor or technician.
   

• Repairs are subject to inspection and teardown.
   
• A mechanic’s lien is acknowledged upon vehicle drop-off.
   
• A daily storage fee will be applied if the vehicle is not picked up within 3 business days after completion.
   

To ensure a safe and professional environment, the following rules apply:

• Customers are not allowed in service areas or the yard.
   
• No photos or videos are permitted anywhere on the property.
   
• No smoking within 25 feet of the building entrance.
   
• No cars are allowed inside the yard. Trucks must be parked in designated areas only.
   
• Vehicles not parked correctly may be towed at the owner's expense.
   
• Customers must have active insurance on all vehicles brought in.
   
• No weapons, drugs, or alcohol are allowed on site.
   
• No checks are accepted. Please use approved payment methods.
   
• Customers may not work on their own vehicles, enter their vehicle during service, or bring a third-party technician to perform work on the premises.
   
• Only authorized JR Truck Services agents or independent contractors may perform services on site.
   
• We are not responsible for:
   
  • Theft, fire, natural disasters, or other uncontrollable events.
     
  • Injuries or accidents occurring on the premises.
     
  • Damage resulting from customer actions, insurance lapses, or failure to follow policy.
     

JR Truck Services reserves the right to refuse service to anyone at our discretion.
